This Gravettian site has been excavated since the summer of 1996 by Petr ©krdla. Excavations yielded a collection of almost 5,000 pcs of stone artifacts (the majority of which are made of flint from glacial sediments, several pieces from radiolarite, two pieces from rock crystal and obsidian), bone fragments (reindeer, followed by hares and polar fox, isolated bones from wolf, wolverine, horse, and mammoth), pieces of red ochre, and small fragments of backed clay. Excavations will be continued in 1999.
